2012 USS PURSUIT REUNION
Cruise Update for September 30 – October 7, 2012

For the Pursuit Reunion of 2012, the reunion of 2010 chose a Cruise.  Ginny & Bob Ciereck volunteered to set the cruise up out of Florida.  This is a 7 Day cruise to the Western Caribbean that has been arranged on Royal Caribbean’s “Freedom of the Sea” out of Cape Canaveral FL.  We will cruise to:

Labadee (privately owned) Haiti,                Falmouth, Jamaica
George Town, Grand Cayman               Cozumel, Mexico

Currently the price for an inside cabin for two (2) is $1365 all inclusive except for travel insurance which is $69 per person.  It is anticipated that these prices will go down over the summer and the travel agent will closely watch this and obtain the best rate prior to the final payment.

Flying to Orlando: Royal Caribbean will make arrangements for transportation to the ship.

$50 per cabin is due now, $450 is due June 2nd and the balance is due July 17, 2012.  Great ship – many things to do aboard!

Please Contact Ginny or Bob Ciereck for details: (386) 423-9872.

All monies are refundable until the final payment!

Labadee, Haiti
On the north coast of Hispaniola, surrounded by beautiful mountain slopes and exotic foliage, sits Labadee®, Royal Caribbean's private paradise. This exclusive destination offers pristine beaches, breathtaking scenery and spectacular water activities.

Falmouth, Jamaica
Quaint Falmouth was an economic powerhouse and center for dramatic social change during the English Colonial Period. In today's Falmouth, visitors still enjoy 19th-century Georgian architecture as well as river bamboo raft rides, arts and crafts shopping, flavorful local fare and horse-and-buggy rides. Falmouth is the gateway to the best Jamaica has to offer.

George Town, Grand Cayman
Grand Cayman is one of a group of three magnificent tropical islands Christopher Columbus called "Las Tortugas" (the turtles) for the sea creatures he found in the ocean water. The designation did not endure, however, for on later maps the islands were labeled the Caimanau, the Carib Indian word for "crocodile." The name "Caimanas" refers inaccurately to the iguanas native to the islands, which were perhaps at one point mistaken for crocodiles. Among other attractions, visitors to the island will enjoy learning about the turtles, visiting the town of Hell, exploring Seven-Mile Beach and enjoying the undersea world.

Cozumel, Mexico
The Conquistadors first saw Mexico from the shores of Cozumel while searching for gold. Today, visitors to the island continue to seek out gold and silver jewelry in the shops of San Miguel while having a great time in its many local bars and restaurants. Plus, the waters around Cozumel's sheltered coral reefs make this one of the best snorkeling areas in the world.
