This an add-on rotisserie  works great for roasting a whole pig.  Stainless steel cooking hardware, chain drive, powerful 1/20 HP. electric motor. 80lbs. weight limit, spit adjusts from 13" to 24" for precise heat control. Perfect for slow roasting beef, venison, top rounds and turkeys.

These Propane Gas grills feature lava rocks which allow the meat drippings to burn off immediately, delicately adding flavors to the grilling meat. The intense, searing heat of our grills seals the outside of the meat, holding in the juices.

Eight 20,000 BTU burners produce instant, intense, searing heat. Professional chefs love the grill because the temperature of each grill grate in independently controlled. This grill features fast start-up, lava rock for maximum barbecue flavor, and a hood to prevent flare-ups. This grill comes with a full 10 gal. propane tank, approximate cooking time is 6 hours. Additional tanks are available. Actual cooking area is 16"X64", overall dimension on cart is 24"X72"X84" high.

This grill is our most popular, it features four 20,000 BTU burners with a cooking surface that measures 16"X32".  Lava rocks for maximum barbecue flavor. Stainless steel cooking grates make for easy clean up. Each grill is delivered with a full 5 gal. propane tank. Approximate cooking time is 6 hours. Additional tanks available.

This grill can be picked up at our store or arrangements can be made for delivery.
