Hello friends,

"Limberlost" is not a kennel. While occasionally my dogs stay in outside runs when I am at work any other time I am at home they are with me. My dogs are all family companions that live in the house with me. My Showing/Hunting/Breeding Program strives to preserve the wonderful personality, health, and appearance characteristics that make me love Welsh Springers.

I have bred twenty-eight Welsh Springer conformation champions and multiple field and obedience titled Welsh with several multi-titled dogs. Most of what I have bred has become loving family pets with some serving as hunting companions. I am proud of my record and plan to continue with the same quality and care. I strive to produce Welshies with good long health.

The puppies that I breed are very important to me, whether I keep them to enhance my program or choose to place them elsewhere as showdogs or pets. I make every effort to ensure that they go to loving, caring homes that will value them as I do. Owning a Welsh is a long-term commitment since it is not unusual for them to live 14+ years. I am sincerely trying to match the right breed and puppy to each family. Some people just do not have the time or energy to own a Welsh Springer and while I will always take a dog back, I much prefer to place the right puppy with the right family.
